New Zealand office for GoldPeg

GoldPeg's International Business Manager, Alastair Sorley, is relocating to New Zealand.  

Alastair will be setting up a GoldPeg office in New Zealand in the new year and is looking forward to continuing his role of working closely with GoldPeg customers around the globe.

Diced Apple anyone?

The RotaTherm® Continuous Cooking system is capable of cooking and processing a wide range of products.

The  diced apple (pictured) was cooked with a RotaTherm® trial system. The RotaTherm® system gives you the ability to control the amount of work your product receives, so both purees and chunky products can be achieved.
