The demonstration system has landed back on Australian shores after a year spent circumnavigating the globe.
The true diversity of the RotaTherm® continuous cooker has been utilised with demonstrations in product applications such as chunky soups, baby food, sauces, meat pie filling, desserts, processed cheese and mozzarella.
The Demonstration model is a small-scale version of the RotaTherm® Continuous Cooking System mounted on a single skid for ease of transportation, needing only the supply of essential services for installation/operation. The demonstration design has unique features with the ability to blend, forward feed, cook, vacuum flash cool and provide processed product to a filler at pasteurised and UHT temperatures.
The demonstration system is in high demand in the southern hemisphere.
After trials in Australia and New Zealand the demonstration RotaTherm® will be heading back to the USA.
The schedule is filling fast. To register your interest in RotaTherm® demonstrations in the USA please contact Tony Jacobsen at Scan American Corporation.
